Love the World

We support mission projects both locally and around the world through Presbyterian Disaster Relief, One Great Hour of Sharing as well as a variety of projects that are close to our member’s hearts.

AN ACTIVE MINISTRY

We are proud to support many local organizations such as the five area rural food pantries, Jamestown's Horton Hill G.S. Day Camp, Jamestown Community Learning Council's Parents as Teachers program, TON program, Girl Scouts of Western New York campership fund, and Ukraine Day Camp for Orphans. The Mission Committee continues to positively impact hundreds of people of all ages in our community and beyond.

ROOTED IN LOVE

We believe that every person is created in the image of God and therefore deserving of love and respect. We seek to build a community of believers who love and care for one another, support each other in times of need, and challenge each other to grow in our faith. All are welcome in the church, no matter their background or where they are on their journey of faith. We believe when we come together as a community of faith, we are stronger and are able to make a more positive impact.

ABOUT THE PRESBYTERIAN CHURCH

“Presbyterians are distinctive in two major ways. They adhere to a pattern of religious thought known as Reformed theology and a form of government that stresses the active, representational leadership of both ministers and church members. At the core of Presbyterian identity is a secure hope in the grace of God in Jesus Christ, a hope that, by the power of the Holy Spirit, empowers us to live lives of gratitude.”
