Major repair of the Slate Roofs, rubber roofs,  gutters, downspouts, masonry and miscellaneous repairs to all elevations of the Church Building. Most of the work has been completed by Fiske. There is still some work, that they need to come back to finish. Total Estimated Repair is about $16,000. A down payment of $3,000 was made in 2018.

The Sanctuary Organ is one of the largest of its kind in Jamestown. However, like all musical instruments, it is in dire need of new parts. The amount needed to repair the organ is about $32,000. This figure includes $3,000 to $4,000 for the reservoir, $20,000 to $25,000 for the reworking of the keyboard and around $3,500 for the pedal read and its pipes.

• The ACP Building has an outdated vacuum thermostat system, that needs replaced.

• The Security System needs upgrading.

• The Computers are running on Windows 7, and will expire in January 2020.

• The Rear Parking lot has sinking pavement around concrete drain by the door that needs to be repaired.

• The BPU has done a survey of our building and will recommend energy efficient lighting.

The Furnace for the Pastors and Business Office needs replacement, as it has been deemed to expensive to repair. The furnace stopped working in December of 2018. Estimated cost to replace the furnace is about $5,500.

Gallons of water was cleaned up and removed from the First Floor ACP Office and Nursery hallway area, which was caused by a cast iron drain pipe that cracked in several places due to age. This was a drain pipe from the second floor and attached to a roof vent. Upon further inspection several other areas of the Church were also in 'water disarray'. The Staff ACP bathroom and the student's bathrooms were found to be leaking as well. The library toilets were also leaking. All plumbing repairs have been done by Citadel Services in July 2019. Estimated bill is about $3,000

There are now several locations of the church that need drywall/plaster repair. Estimated cost is about $1,000, with painting to be done in house.
